DRS Mobile Truck Tyres Service Ltd ("we", "us", "our") is a mobile tyre fitting company registered in England and Wales, operating from Unit 2 Gosforth Rd, Allenton, Derby DE24 8HL.

By using our website or engaging our services, you agree to these terms and conditions.

2. Our Services

We provide mobile tyre supply and fitting for HGV, plant and agricultural vehicles. We do not service cars or vans. Services include:

• HGV and truck tyre fitting
• Plant and construction machinery tyre fitting
• Agricultural and farm vehicle tyre fitting
• 24/7 emergency roadside tyre callout
• Fleet tyre management contracts

3. Quotes and Pricing

All quotes provided are estimates based on the information supplied. Final pricing may vary depending on the tyre size, vehicle type, location, and time of callout. We will confirm pricing before commencing work wherever possible.

Emergency callout rates may differ from standard rates. We will advise you of any additional charges before proceeding.

4. Bookings and Callouts

Bookings are confirmed verbally or in writing. For emergency callouts, we will attend as quickly as possible but cannot guarantee specific response times due to factors outside our control (traffic, weather, prior callouts).

You are responsible for ensuring safe access to the vehicle and a safe working environment for our technicians.

5. Payment

Payment is due upon completion of work unless a credit account or fleet contract has been agreed in advance. We accept cash, credit/debit card, and bank transfer. Fleet account invoices are payable within the agreed terms (typically 30 days).

We reserve the right to charge interest on overdue invoices in accordance with the Late Payment of Commercial Debts (Interest) Act 1998.

6. Warranty

New tyres supplied by us carry the manufacturer's warranty. Workmanship is guaranteed for 30 days from the date of fitting. Warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, overloading, road hazards, or kerbing after fitting.

7. Liability

Our liability is limited to the value of the goods and services provided. We are not liable for any indirect or consequential losses, including loss of earnings, vehicle downtime, or cargo damage, except where caused by our negligence.

Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation.

8. Cancellations

You may cancel a booked appointment at any time. If we have already dispatched a technician, a callout fee may apply to cover travel costs. We will advise you of any applicable charges at the time of cancellation.

9. Website Use

The content on this website is provided for general information only. We make no warranties about the accuracy or completeness of the information. We are not liable for any loss arising from reliance on website content.

10. Governing Law
